About this event

Welcome to our monthly virtual gathering, where we will synchronize our breath into one, big, healing vortex!


Today’s session will be themed around the energy being brought in from the powerful full moon in Aquarius. We will be targeting each chakra system in the body for 48 min of total breath time. My goal is for everyone to feel more aligned, grounded, and activated than y’all feel before the session. It’s recommended you save your morning cup of joe or tea for afterward, otherwise, it might be more difficult for you to relax.


What to expect:

Our session will include an introduction and Oracle card pull, a moment to set personal intentions, and then we will begin the song and breathe all in sync. There will be visuals included in this session so if you're someone who doesn't choose to breathe with their eyes closed, you'll have something calming and beautiful to witness while focusing on your breath. After the song is over, there will be an opportunity for everyone in the group to share their experiences.


How to prepare:

You’ll only need to bring your beautiful body, some headphones, (It will work best with headphones it brings a deeper experience, but if you don't have any on hand, that's ok too!), a glass of water in case your throat gets dry, pillows for your seat or if you choose to lay down, and an open mind. You’re also welcome to have any crystals, orgonite, or other healing elements present if you feel that they will support your efforts in raising your vibration. I also recommend having a journal nearby in case you need to jot down any messages that come through.


The best way to get effective results is to go into breathing without expectation. Simply put, you're here to set the intention for your breath, focus on your breath while it puts your intention into action, and observe anything that comes through, staying as neutral as you can while you remain focused on dancing with your breath, opening the door to your subconscious, intertwining with your higher self.
