About this series

7-Week Workshop.

Participants will learn techniques to help soothe anxiety, rebuild balance and increase Resilience! Each week, a new technique will be taught. We will Integrate breath skills, mind skills (challenging distortions in thought) and self compassion, guided imagery/meditation.

  • Participants will learn how to shift and release energy, learn to sit with discomfort,
  • Participants will receive a workbook, music playlist and extra resources.



TWO Weeks: MindSkills (learn how anxiety hijacks the mind and how to quiet those thoughts)

THREE Weeks: Body Skills (learn some basic and effective yoga and movement to let go of stress, learning EFT techniques)

TWO Weeks: Self-Compassion and Guided meditations to challenge your self out of your comfort zone


Are you ready to make a commitment to yourself and let go of what interferes with your ability to live a fuller life?


How to prepare yourself for this workshop:

  1. Purchase a journal
  2. During the workshop, make sure you are in a private and quiet location (no kids, no distractions, comfy chair or cushions.
  3. Wear comfortable clothing - we will do some yoga in some of the classes. You do not need to buy a fancy yoga outfit!
  4. "Arrive" for the workshop a few minutes early to set up your technology and settle in.
  5. You may want to journal right after the workshop your observations, thoughts, or feelings.
  6. Bring the WORKBOOK with you to the workshop so you can take notes.
  7. Commit to practicing techniques during the week.
