About this series

TEENS are having a really tough time with the ever changing landscape of our culture. Teens (and adults) function well with structure and predictability. Rules of social norms are constantly changing, school is changing, there is little predictability, and many teens' anxiety is sky high.


This will be offered through ZOOM-Virtual Platform


This 6-week workshop provides a structured program providing teens REAL, solid and effective ways to cope with stress and anxiety:

  • MindSkills: thinking skills
  • BodySkills (movement and simple yoga practices to quiet the body)
  • Self-Compassion
  • Creative Arts/Self-Expression
  • Meditation/Guided Imagery
  • BreathSkills (Calm the Breath to Calm the Mind)


**All participants will receive a Workbook, weekly Music and Meditation Playlist


**Participants can attend "anonymously"
