About this series

Are you ready to learn some solid techniques and tools to decrease your anxiety while increasing inner balance?

The structured 6-Week workshop is divided in to three elements:

  1. MindSkills (learn cognitive/thinking exercises to challenge anxious distortions in thought)
  2. Movement/Yoga (specific movement to shift and externalize anxious energy, and create inner peace)
  3. Self-Compassion and Connection (guided imagery and visualization exercises)


Once you register, you will receive the Workbook through Email.
