Did you know that you can detox your body just through breathing?


When most people hear the word 'Detox' they think of diets, fasting, pills, powders and supplements.

While all of these things are healthy and beneficial for a period of time, it is not the only way to detoxify the body. 70% of toxins are actually released through breathing. Only 30% is released through the skin, bowels and bladder. No matter how healthy you are eating, if you are not breathing properly, your body has to work overtime in order to cleanse fully.


Unfortunately, most people are only breathing at about half of their full lung capacity and some organs need more oxygen than others to function. The brain and liver each require about 20% of your oxygen supply and if you are only breathing at 50% capacity, that doesn't leave much oxygen for the digestive and cleansing organs 


Deep breathing is the base of detoxification not only for your body but also your emotions and your mind.


In this class you will learn how and why this works and how you can apply this to your own life to optimize your health.


I will even be guiding you through a breathwork class to you can have the chance to try this for yourself!


What you'll need

●A pen and paper to take notes

●A quite comfortable place to lay down and breathe

●Pillows and blankets are optional

●A glass of water

●An open mind and willingness to learn!


What to expect

This breathing method is done lying down on your back in a comfortable place. I will be guiding and motivating you to breathe in specific patterns and rhythms to help oxygenate the entire body to rejuvenate your body, mind and emotions. When you are breathing in ways you have never breathed before, You may experience feelings you have never felt before. I will be guiding you with my voice and the music but this experience is completely up to you so don't worry, if it feels weird then you can just slow down your breathing or pause and come back when you are ready!
