About this series

This is a really tough time for TEENS. Between remote learning, social isolation, and the normal pressures on teens, they need this program more than ever. Teens need the tools to be more effective and to learn how to let go of life's stress.


This program is a skill-based workshop (not a therapy group). Each week, new techniques and tools will be introduced.

TWO WEEKS: MindSkills (learn how anxiety hijacks the brain, learn about the brain)

TWO WEEKS: Body Skills (learn some easy and effective ways to release stress and and create a sense of calm in the body)

TWO WEEKS: Self-Compassion and challenges to move outside the comfort zone.


Included: Workbook, Music and Meditation playlists, resources, printed yoga sets, homework to practice between weeks

ZOOM Platform, recorded to watch and review, or watch if you miss a class.
